We’re working hard to make everyday inclusion a reality for all of our people at Greene King. As we progress through our journey, we are always looking at how we can do better, by learning best practice from both our peers in the hospitality industry and experts in Inclusion and Diversity.
We’re proud to have achieved a Bronze status in the Inclusive Employers Standard, and to be recognised as a Silver inclusion in Employer in the “inclusion in EDI Maturity Curve Report”. We’re taking the learnings from the results of these accreditations to focus on the areas we can improve to create an environment where everyone is welcome and feels like they belong.
