In 2022 we were at 3% females representation. The proportion of females employed across News UK has steadily increased to 42%.

11% Ethnic Minority Representation

 

In 2022 we were at 9% ethnic minority representation. The proportion of ethnic minorities employed across News UK has steadily increased to 11%.

Since 2020, we have launched 96 two-year-long apprenticeships, and we were the first media brand to partner with Kickstart, creating 52 paid internships for unemployed young people, many of whom went on to permanent employment at News UK.
