PPL is the UK’s music licensing company for over 120,000 performers and recording rightsholders. Within PPL, we recognise the importance of hiring, developing and promoting the best people and we remain committed to maintaining and further developing a working culture that is fair and considerate to all, nurturing and sustaining a truly inclusive culture.

PPL recognises that there is always more that can be done, and we know we can and must improve further. In that context, we welcomed the five calls to action for the UK music industry from the open letter signed by the Black Music Coalition in 2020 and committed to UK music Ten point Plan.
